Process of making a real estate deal in Turkey

However, they can buy land in towns and cities. After the purchase, a registration process is done in a local registry office. Two types of taxes are levied in Turkey for any real estate transaction - Purchase Tax and Annual Property Tax. The Deed is formed by the Property Deed Department. In Turkey, capital gain tax is also levied on the buyer of the estate. Both the parties involved, have to pay the property tax of 0.4% to the nearest registrar office.
